"Biens Soleil Property" is a new company recently formed to cater to the UK Market in Foreign property sales. Using our Knowledge in European Property and Law, we will provide a range of locations in France and Morocco that are all being sold through recognised French and Moroccan Estate Agent - Agents Immobiliers - ranging from as little as €20,000 to €400,000.We can also give you a brief of the buying processes and legal proceedings in both of these countries. Having native speakers we can liase on your behalf being able to answer all questions with ease. We mediate appointments in these countries arranging viewings and accommodation for you to make your buying experience a more relaxing one.

The website will provide a comprehensive range of properties ranging form across France and Morocco using our internal contacts to suit your every need. We cater for all types of property from cottages, manor houses, holiday homes to Chateauxs.

We aim is to provide detailed information about buying property in France and Morocco, life in both of these countries, Tourism, Food and Drink, Local News and Events & Activities in all these areas

“Biens Soleil Property” is a French and Moroccan property portal. Our Services will include assistance in all the aspects of buying a property abroad whether an investment, a relocation or holiday property.

Our team comes from Law, Finance, Science and Property Background in both France and the UK. We at “Biens Soleil” will offer a bilingual service to help you find the Perfect Home in the region you want for the price you want.

For a fee we will organise all travel and meetings with the estate agents and create an Itinerary for your travel and viewings dependant on how many properties you wish to see. We can also arrange for Legal help abroad and put you in touch with reliable Law Firms. We can also arrange for Mortgage advice abroad and opening of accounts abroad.

All property prices are inclusive of commercial fees; however the Notaire’s fee will be between 7-8%, the majority of this consists of the duties levied by the French Government.
